The PKR customer service is world class, with excellent support available 24/7. Their support is available through a variety of mediums. You can contact PKR customer services through standard email and you will recieve a confirmation email almost straight away to make sure your email to the customer services got through. PKR will then reply, often within a matter of hours! From my experience, the PKR customer services agents are a great help and will clearly and efficiently deal with all manner of issues. Secondly, you can use the PKR customer services contact form on their website. This will send an email to the appropriate customer services department for you and you will be dealt with in the same way as with regular email. Alternativly, you can contact them using the live chat feature on the PKR customer services website. This is a fantastic feature as it allows you to speak directly to a PKR customer services representative and eliminates the forwards and backwards of emails you run the risk of dealing with otherwise. Their are agents available all the time to deal with your enquiries, however you may have to wait a few minutes. When i last logged onto the PKR customer services live chat feature, there was a queue of 24 people infront of me, however the estimated wait time was a mere 2 minutes! This gives you an idea of just how many PKR customer services agents are available and how efficient they are with dealing with enquiries. This estimated 2 minutes turned out to be very accurate, as i was dealt with in 2 minutes 15 seconds. The support does not stop there though. The PKR customer services section on their site also holds some really well written guides. The main user guide is very easy to follow and covers a lot of different issues people could run into when installing and playing on PKR.com. The 28 page guide will take you through everything about the software from installation to setting up your character and it even covers changing camera angles ingame. This should be your first port of call if you have problems (or not.... the customer services will probably assist you faster!)
PKR customer services are truly unbeatable. They are level even with the likes of established brands such as 888, whos customer services are also excellent.
